A 61-year-old Rochester man is charged with second degree assault in the stabbing of a young Rochester woman.
Police arrested Antonio Nelson after following a blood trail from where they found the 18-year-old victim walking along a sidewalk on Chestnut Street back to the apartments at 35 Chestnut. The suspect was located there and taken into custody
The victim is recovering and the circumstances of the assault are under investigation.
