According to Governor Andrew Cuomo, Monroe County’s COVID-19 yellow zone has decreased slightly, to less than four percent this week. The numbers sank from 4.77 percent on Sunday to 3.68 percent on Monday.
The governor said 29 New Yorkers had died in the previous 24 hours, with more than 2,100 people in the hospital.
Monroe County reported 187 new cases, down considerably from the daily totals over the weekend.
