Xerox says once it splits into two companies, both will trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
Xerox will continue to trade as XRX, and the new Conduent Incorporated will trade under the symbol CNDT.
Conduent will incorporate all the various business services Xerox has developed, while Xerox will remain the name for the document handling end of things.
