Police say two women were injured after a fight turned into a stabbing in Rochester.
The fight broke out near the corner of Lake Avenue and St. John’s Park about 3:00 Tuesday morning. One victim was stabbed and is recovering at Strong Memorial Hospital. A suspect walked into Rochester general seeking treatment for a stab wound to her arm and was arrested.
Police say the incident began as a fight between two groups of women who escalated to knives.
