The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office has also charged a Steuben County woman after she was stopped on I-390 with six bags of cocaine, numerous bags of heroin, suboxone strips and hypodermic needles in her car.
Forty-one-year-old Heather Rock of Wayland was also driving on a revoked license and deputies suspected she was high on drugs as well.
She’s been charged with DWAI, drug possession and other charges and is being held in the Livingston County Jail until she makes bail.
