A 19-year-old Rochester woman is dead after she was stabbed during a fight on Child Street Sunday night.
Police say an officer on patrol came across the fight. She began to render first aid, and the injured woman was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead about an hour later.
The Major Crimes Unit is investigating and no further details have been released
