Rochester police say a woman in her 50s is dead after a hit-and-run incident on Clifford Avenue Monday morning.
The woman was hit crossing the street near Roth and Lill Streets. The suspect drove off.
Police are working to identify the driver and have not yet released the victim’s identity.
