Gates Police are holding a woman after a fatal stabbing early Monday morning. They say it was a domestic-related incident that happened about 4:30 a.m. on Coccia Crescent.
Police say the 28-year-old victim, whom they describe as a transgender person, suffered a fatal stab wound. They’ve charged a 40-year-old woman with second degree murder.
They haven’t released the identities of either the suspect or the victim yet, but say they’ll hold a news conference on Tuesday morning about the case.
