A Rochester woman in her 20s was robbed of her money, personal belongings and clothing Tuesday night on Tacoma Street, but was able to escape her attacker after being held against her will.
Police say they arrived to find the victim wrapped in a blanket, provided by a nearby resident. The investigation is continuing.
