A West Bloomfield man has been charged with driving while high on drugs after Ontario County Deputies found his Toyota crashed head-on into a utility pole.
The sheriff’s office says 30-year-old Terry Peck Jr. was treated at the scene for minor injuries after his car sheared the pole off at the ground on Elton Road in West Bloomfield.
They charged him with driving with ability impaired by drugs, operating without an ignition interlock and aggravated unlicensed operation. His driver’s license had been suspended nine times including for DWI.
Peck is being held in the Ontario County Jail.
