An employee of the Perinton Wegmans store has tested positive for COVID-19. Wegmans says the employee last worked on March 22nd, and the store has been cleaned and sanitized numerous times since then.
Wegmans says it has been in touch with the Monroe County Department of Health and is following their guidance.
The company says it continues to implement additional preventative measures for sanitation and social separation, and encourages employees who feel sick to stay home.
