FORTUNE Magazine has named Wegmans one of the 100 best companies to work for in its annual ranking.
Wegmans has made that list for each of its 22 years, and this year comes in at #3. It’s one of the eight companies to make the list every year since it started, and it’s been in the top 10 for 16 of the 22 years.
The list is made up by surveys of more than four million corporate employees around America, who rank their workplace on more than 60 elements.
