The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has charged a Newark man with reckless endangerment and assault after he allegedly pushed a woman out of a moving car.
The incident happened about 12:45 a.m. in the town of Arcadia. Deputies say Marshall Watson, 60, struck the victim in the face multiple times while she was in his car. Then he shoved her out the passenger-side door while the car was moving.
The woman is being treated for her injuries.
