A Wayne County man will spend his weekends in jail for the next four months followed by ten years of probation…for sexually abusing a woman while she was visiting her 99-year-old mother at a nursing home.
Louis Magrino will also have to register as a sex offender. He was sentenced in Wayne County Court today after pleading guilty to 11 counts including sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of an elderly person.
Police say Magrino exposed himself to an 84-year-old woman while making lewd comments. He forcibly touched the visiting woman’s breasts after placing her elderly mother in the bathroom facing a wall.
A joint state and local investigation caught up with Magrino. The New York Attorney General’s Office says his actions were “truly reprehensible.”
