A company in Wayne County that makes specialty ingredients for the food industry is expanding in Williamson. Governor Cuomo’s office says Baldwin Richardson Foods will add 50,000 square feet to its existing building, create up to 30 new jobs and retain 275 current jobs.
The company plans to break ground for the addition in the coming spring.
Baldwin Richardson makes custom ingredients used by other companies such as Mrs. Richardson’s Toppings and Nance’s Mustard. It also produces flavored syrups for bars and the beverage industry and condiments.
