Rochester Police say the man shot to death on Wabash Street on the northeast side Tuesday was 35-year-old Alondo Lathrop Jr. of Rochester.
Police on patrol were flagged down yesterday afternoon by people who told them a man had been shot on Wabash near Goodman Street. The major crimes unit is investigating and has no suspects in custody at this time. They’re asking anyone who has tips for them to call 911.
