Empire State Development says the healthcare software developer VisualDx is expanding in the City of Rochester, planning to keep 39 existing jobs in Rochester and add 21 more.
The company will lease more space in its current location, the former Valley Cadillac building on East Avenue. It’s part of the Downtown Innovation Zone in Rochester. ESD is aiding the expansion with $600,000 in state funding.
The VisualDx software allows doctors to compare patients’ symptoms and make sure diagnoses are error free.
