A 25-year-old Victor man has been charged with DWI and failure to keep right after he crashed on Route 5 at Lowry Road in Caledonia.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says Joseph Consiglio Jr. crossed over the wrong lane and went off the road, colliding head-on with an oncoming pickup truck in the process. The pickup driver suffered minor injuries.
Consiglio failed a sobriety test and was charged.
