A Victor man was ticketed after he accidentally fired a shot through the wall of his own house and into his neighbor’s.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says 27-year-old Joshua Lagatella-Cronk was cleaning his Glock pistol when he forgot to check if a bullet was still in the chamber. It turned out there was, and when he pulled the trigger to slide the gun apart, it fired.
The bullet went into his neighbor’s house. People were home at the time, but nobody was hurt.
Lagatella-Cronk was issued an appearance ticket and released.
