A 60-year-old Rochester man is recovering after he was stabbed Tuesday afternoon inside the Monroe Branch Library on Monroe Avenue. Police are trying to figure out what led up to this incident. The victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and police said they will provide more information today.
