At least one suspect is in custody after a Rochester man spotted several people dismantling his stolen car on Myrtle Street. After confronting the man dismantling his car, the victim was run off at gunpoint. He called police who responded with a SWAT Team and secured the area, clearing the property in question. Charges have not yet been determined and anyone with information is being asked to call 911.
