United States Marshals have arrested a Rochester couple who were wanted by Rochester Police on child endangerment charges.
Marshal Charles Salina says Mark Johnson and Ice-Lynn Johnson were arrested in Niagara Falls. Staying with them at a house in that city were five Rochester children who had been reported missing since last August.
Five-year-old Mark Johnson Jr, eight-year-old William Manigault-Philpot, ten-year-old Marnaisha Johnson, 11-year-old Janiarha Johnson and 12-year-old Kiyana Johnson are all safe. They’re temporarily in foster care and are being interviewed by staff at the Bivona Child Advocacy Center.
The Johnsons have been arraigned and are out on bail.
