The University of Rochester Medical Center is expanding some of its patient services into CollegeTown. The URMC says it needs more office space for doctors and nurses to see patients.
The U of R participated in the commercial development that backs up to the URMC. It’s leasing more than 20,000 square feet on Celebration Drive and expanding into the former Constantino’s Market space.
