A federal court hearing for the Rochester man charged in a New Year’s Eve terror plot had to be postponed after the defendant became unruly.
Emanuel Lutchman refused to obey orders from U.S. Marshals in the courtroom and was taken away in handcuffs. The hearing has been rescheduled for August 4th.
Authorities say Lutchman was inspired by ISIS and planned to attack a bar on Merchants Road with a machete. An FBI informant helped him buy the weapons for the attack.
