A University of Rochester student jogging on the Genesee Riverway Trail was held up this afternoon by a suspect who appeared to be armed with a handgun. He stole the victim’s property and ran.
Both University of Rochester and City Police responded and took a juvenile into custody. There’s no word about charges being filed at this time
