Rochester Police say the man killed early Monday morning in a hit-and-run on Union Street was 33-year-old Markos Trammell of Rochester.
Police say Trammell may have been lying in the road when he was struck about 3:00 Monday morning. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police say they don’t believe there was any foul play, and that the person who struck Trammell may not have been aware they hit a person.
