jihad-ramadan-wantedU.S. Marshals in Norfolk, Virginia say one of America’s Most Wanted fugitives may have married a woman with ties to Western New York while on the run.

The Marshals Service is circulating photos of Jihad Amir Ramadan, wanted for stabbing a fellow Hampton University student to death in 2005. He’s evaded capture since then. Marshals have circulated a photo of Ramadan getting married about two years after he went on the run. They believe the woman or her family have Western New York connections and that Ramadan got married either in New York or New Jersey.

A $2,500 reward is being offered for information leading to his capture.
