A Monroe County grand jury has indicted two men on attempted second degree murder and assault charges in connection with the triple stabbings and shooting outside a Rochester sports bar earlier this month.
Heriberto Rivera-Mateo and Flor Rivera, both in their 40s, were indicted in connection with a fight outside the Sports on Tap bar on Stonewood Avenue in Charlotte. Three people were stabbed and one of the victims was shot. All survived.
