The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a couple was found dead in their Ridgeway home.
The sheriff’s office says James Payne (60) and Shari Payne (56) were found dead by their son when he went to check on them. Deputies said both victims had gunshot wounds and one also had a knife wound.
The Monroe County Medical Examiner is conducting an autopsy.
