Two Brooklyn men have been charged with identity theft after employees of the Spencerport Tops Market called Ogden Police to report suspicious purchases.

Police say they approached the men and found they had ten credit cards and more than a dozen gift cards. Several of the credit cards had been cloned from other people’s accounts.
Both men have been charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, conspiracy and unlawful possession of personal information.
