Two men are under arrest after a police chase that began in Irondequoit and ended on Ontario Street in Rochester Saturday, when the driver lost control and nearly hit a house.
The driver is charged with criminal possession of stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, the passenger with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Both are men in their late 40s.
Irondequoit police notified Rochester police of a stolen car on East Ridge Road. The RPD and Irondequoit officers both gave chase, with the RPD taking over in the city. The chase continued to Ontario Street where the car narrowly missed the house and the two occupants were arrested.
