Disgraced Western New York Congressman Chris Collins was pardoned by President Donald Trump, among 20 people who were pardoned or had their sentences commuted by Trump on Tuesday.

Collins, who once represented the 27th Congressional District between Buffalo and Rochester, was serving a federal prison sentence after being convicted of insider trading charges. He was the first member of the House of Representatives to throw his support behind Donald Trump’s presidential campaign in 2016.
