State Police who stopped a 39-year-old Rochester man for having an expired inspection sticker found he was driving with a license that had been suspended 21 times.
Troopers found Adonis Wiggins was also wanted by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated unlicensed operation and DWI. He was issued numerous tickets after being pulled over in Brighton and then handed over to sheriff’s deputies to answer those charges.
