A Rochester man was charged with driving drunk after rear-ending another car late last night on the New York State Thruway in Leroy.
Nobody was injured.
State Police say 40-year-old Michael O’Brien was processed and his blood alcohol content was determined to be more than twice the legal limit. He was charged with aggravated DWI and several traffic violations.
