A man shot and killed outside the downtown Rochester Transit Center last Thursday has been identified as 24-year-old Armani Allen of Rochester.
Allen was shot down, then kicked by his assailants. the Major Crimes Unit is investigating and is asking anyone with information to call 911 or Crime Stoppers.
