A Long Island man accused of cyberstalking and harassing a SUNY Geneseo student will be given a psychological exam.
A judge ordered the exam for 23-year-old Thomas Trafficante, who allegedly spent weeks sending threats and harassing messages to his ex-girlfriend and her sorority sisters. That included posting her personal information on a prostitution website.
Trafficante’s attorney asked for the exam to help prepare his defense. Prosecutors did not object.
