Seneca County District Attorney Barry Porsch says a 19-count indictment has been filed against Emerson Tohafjian, the suspect in the murders of Lorie McConnell and Charlie Andrus.
Both were shot in Waterloo during a suspected domestic abuse incident.
The indictment charges four counts of first degree murder, four counts of first degree assault, second degree assault, three counts of burglary, plus tampering with a witness, intimidating a victim or witness, criminal use of a firearm, reckless endangerment and three counts of criminal contempt. All the charges are felonies.
Tohafjian will be arraigned on the charges Friday afternoon in Seneca County Court.
