A tractor-trailer rig tipped over about 2:45 p.m. on I-490 eastbound just past downtown Rochester. Troopers believe the driver took the sharp curve too fast.
The truck spilled bags of peat moss across the highway and knocked a light pole sideways. Police and RG&E crews had to clean up. It was late in the rush hour before they had the lanes back open.
