A third arrest has been made in the murder of a Sodus Couple last month.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office charged 34-year-old Bron Bohlar with second degree conspiracy. Bohlar is a police officer in Sunray Texas, where the man suspected of pulling the trigger, Timothy Dean, was once chief of police.
Bohlar was arrested in connection with the murders of Amber Washburn and Joshua Niles. Dean and his wife, Charlene Childers, are accused of planning and carrying out the murders, likely as part of a bitter custody dispute over Childers’ and Niles’ children. Niles had custody and was raising the children together with Washburn.
Bohlar was arrested at his home in Texas and is being brought to Wayne County to face the charges.
