While Paul Tucci was on trial as one of the four defendants in the Craig Rideout murder trial, his 20-year-old son, Theodore Tucci, was in another courtroom at the Hall of Justice for a preliminary hearing on child porn charges.
His trial date was set for November 13th.
Theodore Tucci pleaded “not guilty” to those charges in May. He’s charged with five counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child. Deputies searching his father’s house for evidence in the unrelated murder case found what they say were images and videos of sexual conduct by children under the age of 16.
