Three Rochester teenagers have now been indicted on weapon charges in connection with the shooting of a Rochester police officer.
An indictment was unsealed today charging 17-year-old Anthony Frasier with second degree criminal possession of a weapon. Tykal Glover and Kamiu Blake were also indicted; the 16-year-old Glover on two counts of assault and four of weapon possession and the 17-year-old Blake on one count of attempted assault, reckless endangerment and possession of a weapon.
All are said to be involved in the shooting last June of Officer Jeremy Nash. He and his partner were driving by when Glover fired a shotgun at Blake. The unmarked police car was passing between them and Nash was hit in the head and neck by shotgun pellets.
The officer has since recovered and returned to duty.
