Irondequoit PD alt logoThree teenagers walked out of the woods and into the arms of Irondequoit Police Officers who were investigating a string of car break-ins early this morning.

 

Irondequoit police say they were called to the 3500 block of St. Paul Boulevard shortly after 3:00 this morning for a report of three suspicious males. Officers found cars that had been broken into and were searching the area when a caller told 911 three males had come up her driveway and looked into her car.

 

Police hid near the area where they were last seen, and about 5:20 caught the three as they walked out of a wooded area. They arrested a 17-year-old, a 16-year-old and a juvenile on larceny charges and recovered a large number of stolen items.
