State Transportation Department work crews have closed the Chili-Scottsville road bridge over Black Creek in Chili today. It will be out of service for about two weeks while contractors make repairs. The detour is posted by way of Union Street. The crews are installing new structural steel beams under the bridge to reinforce it.
