The Anti-Defamation League and Crime Stoppers are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of whoever vandalized the Waad Hakolel Jewish Cemetery on Stone Road in Rochester. More than a dozen tombstones were knocked over. Rochester Police are investigating and Governor Cuomo has ordered State Police to join the investigation.
