A 19-year-old Gates man has been arrested on a sexting charge after he allegedly uploaded nude photos of a juvenile to snapchat.   Nicholas Hinchman was charged with promoting a sexual performance of a child. He’s being held in the Monroe County Jail after an appearance in court.
