State Police and the Seneca Falls Police Department have charged a 23-year-old Penn Yann man with trying to entice a 12-year-old girl into having sex with him. They charged Jeremiah Tomion with attempted rape and attempted disseminating indecent material to a minor. He’s being held on $5,000 bail.
