New York State Police have charged a State Corrections Officer with possessing child porn. They say 46-year-old Samuel Ferrara of Seneca Falls shared lewd images of children using his personal computer. He’s been charged with promoting an obscene performance by a child. The investigation is continuing. Ferrara is being held on $1,000 bail.
