Rochester Police have identified the man shot outside a Clifford Avenue convenience store on Tuesday afternoon as 31-year-old Richard Massey of Rochester. No one is in custody so far after a 17-year-old Rochester youth was stabbed during an argument at Augustine and Dove Streets on the west side. Police say the argument started after a weekend house party and escalated into the stabbing. The victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and is expected to recover.
