Rochester Police say they’re investigating a shooting incident that happened about 9:30 last night at the corner of Thurston Road and Chili Avenue. The victim was a 22-year-old man, hit in the lower body. His injury isn’t life-threatening and he’s being treated at Strong Memorial Hospital. No arrests have been made yet.
Rochester Police have identified the man found shot on Caffrey Place early Tuesday morning as 35-year-old Halston Rogers of Rochester.
