A Rochester woman is in the hospital after being shot last night in the area of Jay and Ries Streets. Police say the woman was hit in the leg and taken to the hospital. Police have no information to release yet on a suspect and say they’re continuing to investigate.

A shooting on Greeley Street in Rochester sent a man to the hospital Sunday afternoon. Police were called shortly before 3:00 p.m. for a man who’d been shot in the upper body in a house on the 100 block of Greeley. The 21-year-old man’s injuries are non-life threatening. The investigation is continuing.
